Inhouse Business Consultant (f/m/d)
Your mission
As an Inhouse Business Consultant, you will support our clients in developing and implementing business concepts in the Payment & FinTech sector. You act as the interface between internal teams, product management, and external stakeholders. With your methodological and professional expertise, you provide valuable insights and drive the implementation of strategic projects.

What you will do
- Analysis & Concept Development: You develop well-founded business concepts based on customer requirements, structure complex issues, and align technical feasibility with business needs.
- Documentation & Structuring: You prepare information in a clear and comprehensible way and create concise documents, presentations, and working materials.
- Workshops & Presentations: You plan, design, and conduct presentations and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Client Advisory: You understand the needs of our clients, ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, and always keep an eye on progress.
- Payment Expertise: You stay up to date with market trends and innovations, build a strong expert network, and ensure our clients benefit from your industry knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management: You maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., consultants, product managers, sales) and regularly update them on project progress and potential challenges.
Your profile
- Education: Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Business or Management Consultant.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong interest in digital business models; knowledge of payment and FinTech topics is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of technology stacks and software development processes to effectively communicate with the team and make well-founded decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interact and collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- MS Office Skills: Extensive experience in creating impactful documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Personal Traits: High self-motivation, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.

- Competitive Compensation: Of course, you will receive a competitive compensation package, which we would be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons, we must provide the gross annual salary, which is based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 50.000, - (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week). We are willing to offer more than this starting salary, depending on your experience and qualifications.
