September took the Dinape team from Cologne to Munich and all the way to Lisbon. Different settings, different conversations – but some surprisingly similar takeaways.
DMEXCO: Where digital commerce meets payments
DMEXCO was fast-paced, with AI, retail media, data-driven marketing and digital commerce dominating many of the conversations.
For Dinape, some of the most valuable insights came from the direct exchange with businesses and industry peers. Especially when conversations turned to international markets, multiple payment providers and increasingly complex checkout environments, one thing became clear: as digital commerce evolves, the payment infrastructure behind it needs to evolve with it.
This is where payment orchestration becomes relevant – connecting complexity and giving businesses the flexibility to keep pace.

A quick stop in Munich
Between Cologne and Lisbon, there was time for one more stop: Munich.
Our partners Netcetera and softUp invited us to join them at Oktoberfest – a great opportunity to catch up outside the usual meeting rooms, strengthen partnerships and enjoy some Bavarian tradition along the way.
A big thank you to G+D Netcetera and softUp for having us! 🍻
SBC Summit: More transactions, more connections, more complexity
At the SBC Summit in Lisbon, the scale of the payment ecosystem was impossible to miss. Huge transaction volumes, multiple markets and countless providers and payment methods create enormous opportunities – but also complexity.
For Dinape, this was a strong confirmation of the need for payment orchestration. The complexity already exists. The transactions are already happening. What businesses need is a way to connect and manage it all efficiently.
It also showed coopetition in action: payment companies compete for business while relying on collaboration and connectivity to extend their capabilities and create better solutions.

Staying close to the market
The biggest takeaway from September goes beyond either event.
For Dinape, understanding the payments industry means being part of it. Events like DMEXCO and SBC allow the Dinape team to speak directly with businesses, understand emerging needs and identify where technology can solve real challenges.
And September delivered a clear signal: businesses need more flexibility and control over increasingly complex payment ecosystems.
That is exactly where Dinape comes in.
Stay close to the market. Understand the complexity. Orchestrate what comes next.
