Product Owner FinTech (f/m/d)
Your Mission
As our Product Owner, you will play a central role in maximizing the value of the DINAPE platform resulting from the work of the development team. Your mission is to act as a bridge between stakeholders (customers, business experts, and others) and the development team.

What You Will Do
- Refining the Product Vision: Be responsible for clearly refining the product’s vision and ensuring that it aligns with the company’s strategy and customer needs. Understand the market, key players and the processes to guide the development process.
- Managing the Product Backlog: Create and maintain the product backlog, which contains a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and other tasks required to develop the product.
- Prioritizing Needs: Decide the order in which backlog items will be addressed, balancing stakeholder needs with development team capacities. This will include prioritizing features which deliver highest value for customers and business.
- Stakeholder Management: Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and keep them informed about the product’s progress. Also manage expectations, balancing what is technically feasible with what is required.
- Ensure Clarity and Understanding: Ensure that the development team understands the tasks in the backlog, including acceptance criteria and the business value. Be able to clarify and refine requirements as necessary.
Your Profile
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications and proven expertise as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Agile Development Methodology are a plus.
- Expertise: Comprehensive experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in companies with strong IT-focus and high scaling transactional business models.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Teamwork: Proven capability to work efficiently with various stakeholders, facilitating smooth and productive interactions.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of maintaining a high-level perspective while also diving into the details when necessary, especially regarding user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Personal Traits: High intrinsic motivation and assertiveness.
- Prioritization: Skilled at prioritizing tasks based on business value, customer needs, and team capacity.
- Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of the technology stack and development processes, enabling effective communication with the team and informed decision-making.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English.

Legally, we must disclose the gross annual salary, which is approximately € 60.000, - (full-time). We are open to offering more than the starting salary based on your expertise and skills.
