IT Service Manager (f/m/d)
for FinTech
Your mission
As an IT Service Manager, you are responsible for the management and continuous optimization of our IT services. You coordinate and oversee the IT service teams to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and at the highest level.
With your deep understanding of IT processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and best practices, you ensure the seamless provision and ongoing development of our IT services. In an agile environment, you make sure that our IT landscape meets both the current and future needs of the company.
What you will do
- IT Service Management & Optimization: Ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of IT services by coordinating IT service teams and continuously optimizing service operations.
- Strategy & Projects: Developing and implementing IT service strategies in alignment with company goals, as well as managing IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies such as cloud and big data solutions.
- Performance & Quality Assurance: Monitoring IT service KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization measures to ensure the highest service quality.
- Compliance & Security: Ensuring adherence to IT standards, policies, and procedures, particularly in areas such as disaster recovery, backup processes, and ITIL-compliant support processes.
- Technical Infrastructure & Support: Managing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, as well as overseeing the procurement and administration of IT resources, including hardware, software, and other operational assets.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in IT Service Management and a completed IT education at Matura or FH/University level (TU, FH, HTL).
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management and monitoring according to ITIL, as well as experience in implementing and optimizing IT service processes.
- ITIL knowledge (preferably ITIL Foundation certification), experience in measuring KPIs, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong ability to communicate complex topics clearly and to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with tools such as MS Office 365, iTop, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Valid work permit for Austria.

- Competitive Compensation: Of course, you will receive a competitive compensation package, which we would be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons, we must provide the gross annual salary, which is based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 44.500, - (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week). We are willing to offer more than this starting salary, depending on your experience and qualifications.
